01.20 \u2013 When clicking on ACTIVATE button in validation application, you should return a message confirming the data for the validation. If this message takes longer to return, wait a few minutes and try again. It may be a communication error with the server.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

02.20 \u2013 On some OSX systems like 10.14 or 10.15, when installing the plug-in you may receive the message \u201cThis installer can\u2019t be opened because Apple cannot check it for malicious software\u201d. To be able to install the software click with right mouse button and click \u201copen\u201d.You will see warning again yet, but this time \u201copen\u201d option will appear in the window. Click and be happy! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

04.20 \u2013 The latest update ford Blanka plug-in has fixed an error for activation on Windows 8.1 and 10 systems. If the activation window is not opened when clicking on any area of the plug-in, open the \u2018safe.exe\u2019 application inside the folder where the plug-in was installed. This manual update can also work on Window 7. But remembering that the minimum configuration recommendation is Windows 8.1 UPDATED.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

01.19 – Ao clicar no bot\u00e3o ACTIVATE no aplicativo de valida\u00e7\u00e3o, deve retornar uma mensagem confirmando os dados para a valida\u00e7\u00e3o, caso essa mensagem demore para retornar, aguarde alguns minutos e tente novamente. Pode ser algum erro de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o com o servidor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

02.19 – Em alguns sistemas OSX como 10.14 ou 10.15, na instala\u00e7\u00e3o do plug-in voc\u00ea pode receber a mensagem “This installer can’t be opened because Apple cannot check it for malicious software”. Para conseguir instalar o software clique com o bot\u00e3o direito do mouse e clique em “abrir”, voc\u00ea ver\u00e1 o aviso novamente, mas dessa vez aparecer\u00e1 a op\u00e7\u00e3o “abrir” na janela. 04.20 – A \u00faltima atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o do plug-in Blanka corrigiu um erro para ativa\u00e7\u00e3o nos sistemas Windows 8.1 e 10. Se a janela de ativa\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o for aberta ao clicar em qualquer \u00e1rea do plug-in, abra o aplicativo ‘safe.exe’ dentro da pasta onde foi instalado o plug-in. Essa atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o manual tamb\u00e9m pode funcionar no Window 7. Mas lembrando que a recomenda\u00e7\u00e3o de configura\u00e7\u00e3o m\u00ednima \u00e9 Windows 8.1 ATUALIZADO.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
